RRHS Food and Nutrition Services team member Robin Greene was excited to receive a Pie Safe cookie from CEO Rebecca Segal as part of Wednesday’s celebration.

Rutherford Regional Health System honored its teams with a special Employee Appreciation event on Wednesday, July 27.

“We thank each of our team members for the commitment they have shown to our patients and our community throughout the first half of 2022,” said Rebecca Segal, CEO of RRHS. “We look forward to continuing our mission of Making Communities Healthier alongside all of these great healthcare workers throughout the rest of this year.”

As part of their commitment to making Rutherford Regional Health System a great place to work, it was also announced Wednesday that all eligible employees would receive a pay increase, effective immediately.

“We know that where you work is a choice, and we want to ensure our employees feel rewarded for their hard work,” Segal said. “We want to ensure that our compensation structure reflects this, and stays competitive for our region. We were proud to be able to offer this added incentive for our teams.”
