Memorial Day weekend was a crowded one in Lake Lure. The town hosted their popular annual three-day Lake Lure Arts & Crafts Festival with 90 artisans, 10 food vendors, and a variety of musical entertainment. Boaters and swimmers took to the lake, beach and splash park, and the town hosted a Memorial Day service on Monday.
