Brad Schwartz Artwork now on exhibit at Saluda Library
Published 12:13 pm Friday, May 13, 2022
The current exhibit of artwork at Saluda Library features paintings and prints by Brad Schwartz. Brad practiced architecture in Maine and North Carolina before becoming a full-time resident of Saluda in 2011. His paintings vary in subject and style from abstraction to primitive to adaptive realism.
Included in this exhibit are waterfalls, Asian-inspired themes, shaped canvas animal folk art, architectural sketches, and non-representational prints. The paintings are original acrylics on linen and canvas, and the prints are archival quality paper and ink.
Brad is delighted to have this unique opportunity to share some of his inspiration in Saluda’s lovely, historic library space. If you would like to meet the artist, he will be at Saluda Library from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, the day of the Saluda Arts Festival.
