As citizens of Tryon prepared for a snowy weekend last week, Denise B. Deadwiley treated her father, Clemon Booker of Tryon, to a week-long Florida vacation. They visited his nephew, Radway Littlejohn and his wife Yolanda, for some recreational fishing. The following day, Friday, January 14, 2022, within 3 hours of fishing, Clemon caught a giant red drum fish. One can see from Clemon’s expression that “Big Red” was quite the load.!
