support agencies, facility improvements to make better use of Outreach buildings, the strengthening of Outreach’s financial position to ensure long term funding of programs, providing unique support offerings to our community during natural disasters and the pandemic, and the planning and implementation of the first phase of an affordable housing initiative that produced two homes for clients.

Outreach is fortunate to have an outstanding staff that will continue to meet the needs of our community during the leadership transition. The Outreach Board has begun a search for a new Executive Director, the fourth in the organization’s 30 year history.

During this process, the board has appointed Communications, Marketing and Development Director Margot Carter as the Interim Executive Director as of November 15, 2021. Margot is well known by Outreach employees, volunteers, donors, and clients and the board is confident that she will do an excellent job as the interim.

Any questions about the transition should be directed to Outreach Board President Heidi Shull.
