During Polk County Superior Criminal Court on Sept. 13, 2021, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 103 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Malcolm Dwayne Hannon was convicted of indecent liberties with a child. Hannon was sentenced to 2 years supervised probation and court costs. 

Kayla Marlaine Huff was convicted of felony serious injury by vehicle. Huff was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs. 

Alfonso Nunez Jr. was convicted of flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle. Nuzez was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison. 

David August Schneider was convicted of possession of methamphetamine. Schneider was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs. 

Talon Sky Screamer was convicted of felony probation violation. Screamer was sentenced to 90 days and jail then probation will be terminated.
