Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on July 21, 2021, with Judge Mack Brittain presiding, 113 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Christopher W. Alley was convicted of following too closely and reckless driving to endanger. Alley was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Tabitha Ann Cox was convicted of level 1 driving while impaired. Cox was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail, 72 hours of community service, a $500 fine and court costs. 

Linda Layland Esau was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Esau was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs. 

Zachary Adam Hipp was convicted of level 3 driving while impaired. Hipp was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 72 hours of community service, a $300 fine and court costs. 

Lesley Gosey Lovelace was convicted of speeding 94 mph in a 70 mph zone. Lovelace was fined $100 and court costs. 

Oscar Rafael Portillo was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Portillo was fined $40 and court costs. 

Sally Webb Regan was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Regan was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, $100 fine and court costs. 

Airell Devon Taylor was convicted of flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Taylor was sentenced to 8-19 months in prison with 41 days credit. 

Anthony Lee Trenton was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Trenton was fined $40 and court costs. 

Zachary Caleb Wilson was convicted of driving after consuming under age 21 and level 5 driving while impaired. Wilson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, $125 in fines and court costs.
