In Polk County District Court on Feb. 3, 2021, with Judge Gene Johnson presiding, 46 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Dale L. Carrington was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Carrington was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Julio Sanchez was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Sanchez was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $150 fine and court costs.
Joshua Nathan Bullman was convicted of injury to personal property. Bullman was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation, $476 in restitution and court costs.
Jason Elmer Holt was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and fictitious information to officer. Holt was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 10 days.
Jason Michael Jackson was convicted of a misdemeanor probation violation. Jackson’s probation was terminated.
Jamie Marie Wilhelms was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilhelms was sentenced to 9 days in jail with credit for time served.
