In Polk County District Court on Jan.20, 2021, with Judge Mack Brittain presiding, 54 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Sarah Grace Fowler was convicted of 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Fowler was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs. 

Eddie Freeman Holloway was convicted of misdemeanor breaking and or entering. Holloway was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 53 days credit. 

Candice Victor Roache was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Roache was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
