Honoring a 26-year career

The Town of Tryon honored the retirement of Kenny Kempster this week after a 26-year career in law enforcement. The town presented Kempster with a framed resolution detailing Kempster’s career. Kempster worked for the Rutherford Police Department, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where he was chief deputy and finished his career at the Tryon Police Department.
