CBL State Savings Bank held the groundbreaking for their new Landrum Branch on Thursday afternoon. The new branch, which will be located at 1401 E. Rutherford St., is estimated to be completed in the Summer of 2021. The bank is currently operating in their temporary location of 920 E.
