Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Nov. 18, 2020, with Judge Kim Gasperson-Justice presiding, 83 cases were heard. Some cases were dismissed or continued. The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Im Ilon was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Ilon was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs. 

Alfonso Nunez Jr. was convicted of assault on a female. Nunez was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and court costs.

Emily C. Quesenberry was convicted of a probation violation. Quesenberry was sentenced to 90 days in jail. 

Keith Fran Richardson was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Richardson was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs. 

Craig Michael Silden was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Silden was fined $200 and court costs. 

Kaitlyn Dela Williams was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Williams was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
