Share your thoughts as Polk Schools prepares for the fall

 

Polk County Schools is asking families to help us once again by completing the first of several surveys. Your input will help inform and guide us as we work to finalize our plans for this fall.

Please note that your responses on this survey are not final decisions. We understand you may change your mind once more information becomes available or details change.
