All of us at Stoney Knoll Farms want to thank all the fire departments that responded to the fire at the pallet farm on Good Friday. Over 10 fire departments, First Responders, N.C. Forestry

A special thanks to Patti Lovelace who organized PEER Volunteers with trailers ready to help us evacuate almost 30 horses. The wind not changing was a true blessing as the smoke and toxicity were as real a danger as the fire itself.
