Available for elementary, middle and high school students

This spring, Mercy Urgent Care is offering $25 sports physicals for all elementary, middle and high school students. This special price is now available at all Mercy Urgent Care locations, including the Mercy Urgent Care in Columbus located at 140 W. Mills St. 

Parents and guardians of student athletes should bring a valid photo ID, along with the school’s physical form with them to the examination. Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. Insurance will not be accepted for this special offer.

Mercy Urgent Care hopes that the convenience and affordability of these sports physicals will ensure no child is turned away from participating in sports due to the cost of a physical. More information about Mercy Urgent Care’s hours and locations can be found at www.mercyurgentcare.org/locations.
