A musical set in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina in 1945-46, with flashbacks to 1923. The musical is inspired by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell’s Grammy-winning collaboration on the 2013 bluegrass album “Love Has Come for You.” This sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American south in 1920’s and ’40s unfolds as a rich tapestry of deep emotion, beautiful melodies, and powerfully moving performances.
