J. Harris, well known singer and songwriter will be visiting Columbus Baptist Church on Saturday, March 7. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m.

 

Harris, who is the current lead singer of Decyfer Down, was born in Winston-Salem, NC.

He initially formed the band, Fighting Instinct, in 2004 and in 2008 was asked to join Decyfer Down. The popularity and ratings of Decyfer Down increased greatly in 2009

after the release of the “Crash” album. Harris began touring with the band and also did solo, acoustic concerts.

 

Harris will be doing a 90 minute solo acoustic session entitled “An Evening of Worship” 

at Columbus Baptist. This will be a pleasant experience for young people, as well as

for older folks. The public is invited to come join in this meaningful evening. It is a free event open to the public.
