Mark Victor Ross has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, US Army. He is the Assistant Staff Group Advisor (ASGA) and Tactics Instructor in the Department of Army Tactics (DTAC) at the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

 

Mark is married to the former Jill Pedretti of Verona, WI. They have 2 children, Kristin 11 and James 7. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His parents are Mark and Vickie Ross of Niceville, FL and he is the grandson of the late Tollie P. and Lona Mae Burrell Ross of Tryon.
