FENCE proudly presents the Second Wind Hall of Fame award to our Volunteer Trail Boss, Chuck Hearon. We have had the pleasure of having him on board. He is a hard working volunteer, full of ideas, and well respected by all of us at FENCE. We can’t thank him enough!
