Richard Shane Tapp, age 50, of Saluda, N.C., passed away June 14, 2019 at Pardee Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Orchard Lake Campground in Saluda, N.C.
