The Foothills Equestrian Nature Center is excited to bring back Carlton Burke to present his live animal program “Wild Encounters!”. Carlton is a educator and naturalist in Western North Carolina as well as a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. This program will take place at FENCE in the great room at 2pm on Saturday, May 18th. Carlton will bring along a variety of native animal guests for us to learn about and get up close and personal with during the educational presentation. This program is free to the public and is appropriate for all ages. Bring along a camera for this event as there are sure to be plenty of photo opportunities.

Thank you to the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation for making this event possible. FENCE is located at 3381 Hunting Country Road in Tryon, North Carolina. For more information about this or upcoming events please contact FENCE at 828-859-9021 or info@fence.org
