Spring is here, and it’s time for the annual Strawberry Social at Tryon Presbyterian Church. This spring event began in 1972 and is sponsored by the Presbyterian Women with the proceeds going to benefit Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry of Polk County. 

Come to Tryon Presbyterian Church located at 430 Harmon Field Road, Tryon on May 10 between 4:30 and 6:30 to enjoy the Strawberry Social with your friends. Tickets are available at the church office or from members of the Presbyterian Women. 

The menu is BBQ pork and chicken, BBQ beans and slaw, tea and drinks catered by Paul Ayers. For dessert enjoy homemade strawberry shortcake. Eat-in or take out is available.
