Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, with Judge Kim Justice presiding, 85 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

The following persons were convicted of a crime:  

Amanda Michelle Belue was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Belue was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Sandy Lee Center was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Center was fined $100 and court costs.  

Clayton Justin Hoyle was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Hoyle was fined $50 and court costs.  

Tiffany Lynn McGraw was convicted of rear seat belt violation. McGraw was fined $20.  

Daniel Carl Metcalf was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Metcalf was fined $40 and court costs.  

Britney Amber Norris was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Norris was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, $381.64 in restitution, a $100 fine and court costs.  

Gary Wayne Rice was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Rice was fined $40 and court costs.  

David August Schneider was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Schneider was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served.  

Rocky Lee Slone was convicted of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine. Slone was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.
