What started as a grassroots arts festival by the Saluda Business Association (SBA) to raise money for Saluda’s Hometown Christmas, is now one of the most popular spring events in Western NC. More than 90 artists and thousands of festival goers and art lovers will descend on Saluda on May 18, 2019 for the 16thannual Saluda Arts Festival. The quaint mountain village will blossom with fine art and crafts and the best of the region’s music talent. Talented artists from all over Western NC and the Upstate of SC will exhibit and sale all mediums of visual arts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saluda’s historic Main Street. 

In addition to the artists, the festival is pleased to announce the following performing representing a variety of genres. These acts include Mercury Rising Band, Life Like Water, Shabudikah, Roots and Dore and the Radio Rangers. 

There is still time to enter. Deadline for artist entries is March 15, 2019. Applications can be downloaded at saluda.com. Volunteers are needed and sponsorships are available.
