On Sunday, March 17th at 12pm, Greg Carter, of Deep Woods Mushroom, will be offering a mushroom inoculation class at FENCE. Each participant will learn the hands on process of log inoculation using shiitake mushrooms. Participants will learn how to grow and care for their mushrooms and each will take home their own mushroom log. Call FENCE to register for this class at 828-859-9021. Space is limited-pre-registration is required.
