Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, with Judge Fritz Mercer presiding, 109 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

The following persons were convicted of a crime:  

Brittany Hope Bagwell was convicted of breaking or entering. Bagwell was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit.

Richard Tyler Horne was convicted of attempted breaking and entering and resisting public officer. Horne was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and court costs.  

Ruth Patrici Rodriguez was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Rodriguez was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.  

Susan Mary St. Pierre was convicted of larceny. Pierre was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and $12,500 in restitution.  

Olivia A. Stephenson was convicted of possession of stolen goods/property. Stephenson was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit.  

Charles Eugene Stewart was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Stewart was fined $50.  

Kyle Wahnon was convicted of financial card fraud. Wahnon was sentenced to 12 months probation, $41.87 in restitution and court costs.  

Haley Marie Wofford was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Wofford was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.  

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, with Judge Mack McKeller presiding, 136 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

The following persons were convicted of a crime:  

Matt Dee Allen was convicted of motorcycle endorsement. Allen was fined $20 and court costs.  

Orlando Barrera was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation. Barrera was fined $20 and court costs.  

Alejandro P. Borja was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. Borja was fined $50 and court costs.  

Joseph Derek Brown was convicted of flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle and level one driving while impaired. Brown was sentenced to 36 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail, $1,000 in fines and court costs.  

Trevor W. Hollifield was convicted of resisting public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hollifield was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.  

Darron Matthews was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Matthews was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served.  

Chelsea Rene Mazalic was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. Mazalic was fined $20 and court costs.  

Alexander M. McManus was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation. McManus was fined $20 and court costs.  

Spencer Jerod Milline was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Milline was fined $150.  

Tana D. Tapp was convicted of second-degree trespassing, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance. Tapp was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served.  

Aaron Christopher Taylor was convicted of uttering forged instrument. Taylor was sentenced to two years supervised probation, 30 hours of community service, a $40 fine and court costs.  

William David Zientek was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Zientek was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
