On co-exhibit with the Artist of the Year Show, regional artists have submitted work entertaining the red-carpet theme with a predominantly red color palette.

Attendees will vote for Artist of the Year, Best Supporting Artist, and Best Original Artwork. The ceremony will also include the Polk County Gallery Show of the Year, nominated by local galleries and determined through an online poll at www.tryonawards.org. Voting closes at 7:30 PM and official award announcements will take place at approximately 8:00 PM.

In addition to refreshments, voting, and awards, TACS will enliven the crowd with main stage interviews with featured artists. Visitors will be guided into the gallery by an abstract red-carpet installation.

The event is free and open to the public. While attire is not officially designated, black-tie is encouraged.
