Polk County Superior Court results – Dec. 19, 2018

In Polk County Superior Court on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018, with Judge Bill Coward presiding, 110 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following were convicted of a crime:

Tiffany Allison Batton was convicted of possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine. Batton was sentenced to 30-months supervised probation; six days in jail, with credit for six days; 36 hours of community service;  and court costs.

Nathaniel Stephen Loehr was convicted of felony probation violation. Loehr’s probation was terminated unsuccessfully.

Jeffrey Ray McEntire was convicted of possession of methamphetamine. McEntire was sentenced to two-years supervised probation, 48 hours of community service and court costs.
