Holiday concert at FENCE set for Dec. 9

Published 8:00 am Friday, November 30, 2018

Blissing, a women’s acapella trio, will perform a holiday concert for the community at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9.

This event is offered free and open to the public. Organizers encourage guests to swing by with the family and listen to some music to get in the holiday spirit.

Charlene Spinks, Diane David and Lynn Nichols are the women of Blissing, an acapella trio based in Hendersonville. Experienced singers who have an ear for good vocal production, blend and homespun humor, they cover a range of genres, including well-known standards from the 1930s to early 1970s, while also weaving their own arrangements into a harmonious thread of music, organizers said.
