Polk County District Court Results – Nov. 14, 2018

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, with Judge Rob Brady presiding, 71 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following were convicted of a crime:

Joseph Mitchell Case was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Case was sentenced to 12-months unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Joshua Ellio Gambrell was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Gambrell was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs.

Melissa Dawn Gordon was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Gordon was fined $102 and court costs.

Richard Dean Hall was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. Hall was fined $20 and court costs.

Grant Parks Jordan was convicted of level-five driving while impaired. Jordan was sentenced to 12-months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service and court costs.

Courtney Brooke Lewis was convicted of level-five driving while impaired. Lewis was sentenced to 12-months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs.

Shelby Lynn Nuttall was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Nuttall was sentenced to one day in jail with credit.

Rebecca Elaine Renken was convicted of two counts of simple possession of schedule Iv controlled substance, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Renken was sentenced to 24-months supervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
