Polk County District Court Results – Oct. 24, 2018

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, with Judge Bob Brady presiding, 160 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following were convicted of a crime:

Annette M. Burdette was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Burdette was fined $50.

Avni Jimmy Hashani was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Hashani was fined $40 and court costs.

Pearl Joe Kelly was convicted of level-five driving while impaired. Kelly was sentenced to one day in jail, one year of unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.

Elias David Kulp was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Kulp was to pay court costs.

Charles Robert Ledford was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Ledford was fined $40 and court costs.

Timothy James Lewis was convicted of open container after consumption of alcohol first. Lewis was fined $50 and court costs.

Sheng Gui Lin was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Lin was fined $50.

Nearl F. Morris was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Morris was fined $40 and court costs.

Patrick Alan Murphy was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Murphy was fined $40 and court costs.

Amber Michel Pridmore was convicted of level-four driving while impaired. Pridmore was sentenced to two days in jail, two years of unsupervised probation, a $300 fine and court costs.

Consuela Yelton Reid was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Reid was fined $40 and court costs.

Tyrone Deshaun Simmons was convicted of assault on a female. Simmons was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Pete Wilbanks was convicted of level-five driving while impaired. Wilbanks was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
