Downtown Landrum was overrun with monsters, princesses, super heroes and even several dinosaurs on Wednesday. The city hosted its annual Halloween Stroll and Fall Festival that evening, with young and old alike dressing up to celebrate All Hollows’ Eve. In addition to participating in a costume contest and playing several different games, visitors could load up on candy, handed out outside businesses along East Rutherford and North Trade streets.
