Bonnie Lingerfelt and Jean Skelcy, co-owners/brokers of RE/MAX Advantage Realty, would like to congratulate Tryon realtor Ron Piccari for his recent success. 

The July and year-to-date statistics from RE/MAX headquarters in Denver ranked Piccari at No. 1 in the top ten individuals for North Carolina residential sales in the month of July. He also ranked No. 2 in the top 100 individuals for North Carolina residential and commercial sales in July, and No. 25 in the top 100 for North Carolina residential and commercial sales year-to-date. 

The rankings are based on the sales volume reported to headquarters from every RE/MAX agency across the state.
