There will be no Pea Ridge community gathering Thursday, Sept. 13.

Regular meetings will resume on Thursday, Oct. 11, when local band, Rosey and the Rosebuds, will present an evening of bluegrass and gospel music. The October event is free, though the hat will be passed for the musicians, as well as the community center’s scholarship fund.

Although there is no gathering planned for Sept. 13, people may bring their recyclables to the center, as the Polk County recycling containers will be located inside the tennis court fence for drop-off.  The truck will pick up later that day or the following Friday.
