Foothills Humane Society, a no-kill shelter, is running an adoption special for cats and dogs.

To complete this Bronze Award, the Junior Scouts chose a community service project, and spent 20 hours planning, collecting donations, researching and assembling toys and kits.

They chose this project because they love animals, and want to help dogs and cats get adopted.

Troop 20124 is led by Laura Peek & Carole Gassaway, and meets in Tryon.
