Donna Morgan Pace, 97, of Saluda, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday morning, June 19, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

A lifelong resident of Saluda, she was the daughter of the late Rueben Morgan and Rosa Metcalf Morgan, and wife of the late Paul Pace, who passed away in 1962.

Mrs. Pace was a member of Saluda First Baptist Church.

After raising her family, she loved spending time with her family, gardening and God.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Pace; and a daughter, Katie Pace.

Surviving are two sons, Allen Pace (Evelyn) of Chesnee, South Carolina, and Myron Pace (Debby) of Saluda; one daughter, Melody Gibson (Rodney) of Saluda; two sisters, Irene Bell of Hendersonville, North Carolina, and Margie Bell of Landrum, South Carolina. Also surviving are eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, North Carolina, with the Rev. Tyler Kirby officiating.

Burial will private.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral chapel. At other times, the family will be at their respective homes.
