Polk County District Court Results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 73 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Kerry Houston Cehen was convicted of unsafe movement. Cehen was fined $100 and court costs.

Elias I. Garcia-Delfin was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Garcia-Delfin was fined $40 and court costs.

Dale Gene Hoglen was convicted of speeding 64 mph in a 55 mph zone. Hoglen was ordered to pay court costs.

Beth Leblanc Holmes was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Holmes was fined $100.

Stephanie H. Lindsey was convicted of failure to comply with community service and failure to comply with monies. Lindsey was sentenced to two days in jail.

William Perry Lindsey was convicted of resisting a public officer. Lindsey was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Frank Dylan McIntyre was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. McIntyre was fined $20 and court costs.

Enrique Mejia was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Mejia was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Jose Ricardome Pineda was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Pineda was fined $40 and court costs.

Robin Johnson Rhodes was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Rhodes was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Angela Stacy Sanders was convicted of resisting public officer. Sanders was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.

Elizabeth Jean Scott was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Scott was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served.

Jaleel Rayshaw Sutton was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone and operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Sutton was fined $65 and court costs.

Gerson Cardena Zavala was convicted of level four driving while impaired. Zavala was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 48 hours of community service, a $150 fine and court costs.
