The show calls for performers between 10 and 18 years old. Those planning to audition are asked to prepare a short selection from a musical and come dressed to move. There will be readings from the play.

A workshop for the performance will be on April 14 at 10 a.m. at the Tryon Little Theater Workshop, 516 S. Trade St., Tryon.

At the workshops, performers will learn what to expect at auditions, learn a little of the music and read from the script. They will also get a chance to ask the director questions.

Refreshments will be served for children and their parents.

Questions about the performance should be directed to Chris Tinkler, at christinkler@me.com or 828-859-3006.
