“Prayers at the Cross” by Lee Dengler will be performed at The Congregational Church of Tryon, on Thursday at 7 p.m.

The cantata, conducted by Susan Lyle, will feature the church choir, guest soloist Katherine Kuhfuss and instrumentalists Sarah Leonard, violin and Morgan McKinnon, cello.  The length of the piece will be about 25 minutes.
