During the month of December 2017, the Tryon Police Department answered 205 calls for service.

There were four arrests, 21 security checks, 18 disturbance calls, 16 investigations, 16 citations and four accidents with property damage.

Officers assisted other agencies 18 times, had one traffic control and unlocked two vehicles.
