Gala to focus on matters of the heart Feb. 10

The Heart to Heart Gala, an elegant evening with dinner and music, has been set for Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Admission is free.

The Gala will focus on matters of the heart, medically, physically and spiritually. With February being Valentine’s month and recognized as American Heart Month, the citizens of Polk County will have the opportunity to gain information on ways to maintain a healthy heart, in a more relaxed atmosphere, and enjoy at night out.

Dr. John Mark Bennett will be the keynote speaker. Other participants will be Huber Najero, and Minister Beverly McKinney. Singer and song writer Earl Vernon will be the musician for the Gala.

The attire will be black or red, semi-formal or formal. Seating is limited. You may reserve your seat by calling Sharon Rogers at 828-289-0495.
