Foothills Crawlspace of Tryon was recently honored in Hartford, Conn. by Basement Systems USA, a crawlspace repair company. Foothills Crawlspace received the Million Square Foot Milestone Award at the annual convention of Basement Systems dealers. This award is given to companies that install a million square feet of CleanSpace moisture barrier.

With this achievement, Foothills Crawlspace is now ranked as one of the top crawlspace repair companies in the Southeast.

According to Foothills Crawlspace owner, Brook Hannon, “With multiple crawlspace and pest control companies moving into the market, reaching this milestone was not an easy feat.”

Foothills Crawlspace was founded in 2001 by John Salmon. In 2015 Brook Hannon bought the company and continued to build upon the foundation John Salmon and previous owner George Alley had built.

Foothills Crawlspace provides moisture barriers, dehumidifiers, drainage systems, mold prevention, crawlspace insulation and more. Foothills serves customers within an 80-mile radius of Tryon in both North and South Carolina.
