Johnnie Ravan

Johnnie C. Ravan, 69, of Campobello, S.C. passed away on January 16, 2018. He was the son of the late J.C. and Ruby Walker Ravan and husband of Kay Scruggs Ravan.

He was a retired car salesman from Auto Fleet and served in the US Army during Vietnam. He was the recipient of two bronze stars.

He is survived by his wife, Kay Scruggs Ravan; a daughter Sherrie Dansby (Bob); a step daughter Becky Gordon (Ric); three brothers, Michael Ravan (Kim), Birton Ravan and Leonard Ravan; three sisters, Judy Lewis (Reid), Marilyn Honeycutt, and Darlene Hemphill (Jim); five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother James Ravan and a sister Diane Ravan.

The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Dennis Jones.

Burial will be in Crestview Baptist Church Cemetery, Gaffney, S.C.
