During the January 9 Landrum City Council meeting, council members unanimously voted to elect council member Billy Inman Mayor Pro Tem.  As Mayor Pro Tem, it is Inman’s duty to conduct the meeting if Mayor Robert Briggs is unable to attend a city council meeting during the year.
