Due to snow in our area this past Saturday, attendance at Upstairs Artspace’s popular 100×100 fundraiser was less than expected. This presents the community with a wonderful selection of unique artworks still available for purchase. If you stop by this week or by 5 p.m. Saturday for the closing, you could select original art by your regional artists for the modest price of $10 (Some of your favorite artists are still available! Sorry, we can’t name names….)

Upstairs Artspace is supported by private donations, sales of art, fundraising events and in part by grants from the Polk County Community Foundation and a small grant from the North Carolina Council of the Arts. The gallery is located at 49 S. Trade St., Tryon.
