GREEN CREEK-The Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested a couple on Wednesday, Dec. 6 accused of selling methamphetamine out of their home in the Green Creek Community.

Justin Steven Ford, 33, and Cyndell Michael Milligan, 24, both of 360 Alice Green Rd., were charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, conspiracy to sell methamphetamine and possession of marijuana, according to sheriff reports.

Capt. Lowell Griffin said the PACE (Polk Aggressive Criminal Enforcement) Team conducted an investigation concerning illicit drug sales in the Green Creek community. The investigation, according to Griffin, utilized undercover operations that led to the arrest of the couple.

Investigators discovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana at the home, Griffin said.

Milligan and Ford were both still being held in jail as of late Dec. 6 under $43,000 bonds each.
