Tola Ellis, city clerk for the City of Saluda, recently graduated from the Clerks Certification Institute at the School of Government located at UNC-Chapel Hill.  She was also a recipient of one of three scholarships offered through the North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks for this course.  She is pictured with Trey Allen, assistant professor of public law and government and clerks advisor.
