Robin Kirby will be having an open studio event Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. featuring new work, studio seconds and holiday décor. Robin is a 12 year resident of Saluda. Her work is changing as her life evolves, but she is still committed to quality and beautiful functional pottery you will enjoy using for years to come.

Her new work features soft earth tones with pops of color and gentle carved texture. Holiday décor includes original ceramic Christmas trees of various sizes and textures with a natural finish.

This year Robin is happy to host guest artist Hannah Seng. Hannah has been in Western North Carolina all of her life but is somewhat new to Saluda. Her beautiful acrylic paintings echo the spirit of the mountains with fresh colors and lively movement. She will bring original paintings, prints and cards to share.
