Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, with Judge Peter Knight presiding, 106 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Christopher A. Brazzo was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Brazzo was fined $50 and court costs.

Janet Marie Conner was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Conner was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Jessica Dawn Greene was convicted of resisting public officer. Greene was sentenced to one day in jail with credit and court costs.

Richard Tyler Horne was convicted of resisting public officer. Horne was sentenced to five days in jail with credit.

Casey Anne Lorge was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Lorge was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Melissa D. Willard was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Willard was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $50 fine and court costs.
