New boutique has a fresh approach to home furnishings and décor

{fresh} décor plans grand opening Aug. 5

{fresh} décor, a boutique by Regeneration Interiors, is hosting its grand opening on August 5 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at its newly renovated location, 221 East Rutherford Street, Suite E in historic downtown Landrum.  

Ginny Ezell, an interior designer and owner of Regeneration Interiors, has joined forces with Kim Karaman, owner of the newly named Shops at Landrum Antique Mall, to bring a full service design center to the Upstate and Western North Carolina.  Their desire is to create beautiful spaces for clients and customers, utilizing eco-friendly, sustainable and responsibly sourced products as a priority.

{fresh} décor showcases home furnishings, bedding, rugs and accessories. The majority of products are green, sustainable, eco-friendly or certified organic. A wide range of casegoods have reclaimed or responsibly-sourced woods and recycled industrial metals. The boutique features a line of GOTS certified organic rugs and bedding and a private label upholstery line that is locally made, has small-area distribution, producing a small carbon footprint.  

Along with custom upholstery, re-upholstery services and custom draperies can be sourced from a wide range of fabrics maintained on sight.  {fresh} décor custom upholstery and design can be as unique as you are and is only limited by your imagination.  

Join us to learn more about our design services and products. Demonstrations, gifts, and refreshments will be presented throughout the day. Renowned jewelry designer, Judith Altman, and artist, Mark Genero, join the celebration and will be showcasing their jewelry and art designs.
